Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Pharmacy Technician to coordinate training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and pharmacy operations at an assigned site. This role owns the full training lifecycle—scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance—while maintaining a floor presence to support teams and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and GDP.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned areas.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule in coordination with site leadership.
