Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to coordinate training across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping. You will own the full lifecycle from scheduling to documentation, maintaining GDP-compliant records, and ensuring a strong safety culture on the floor.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps, deliver effective curricula, and certify personnel for PIT operations in a 7-day shift environment.

Qualifications

• Must have facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of GDP and regulatory documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires and ongoing development across operations.
• Maintain training records, track completion rates, and ensure GDP compliance.
• Audit readiness and collaboration with Ops, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR.
• Train, certify, and audit PIT operators and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and maintain training schedules and update training materials.
