Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to coordinate all training operations across non-sterile compounding. This role covers scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and GDP/regulatory compliance while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams.

You will manage training for new hires, track completion, audit readiness, and use LMS platforms to report effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Active CPhT certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a regulated environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration and reporting.
• Knowledge of GDP, regulatory documentation, and cGMP requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Develop and maintain training schedules and records in GDP/compliant systems.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and ensure training content stays current and compliant.
• Ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board requirements.
