Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to plan and coordinate training across non-sterile compounding operations. You will manage scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining floor presence to support teams.

The role requires CPhT certification, 2+ years in compounding, and experience with LMS, GDP, USP standards, and regulatory filings. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to close gaps and ensure ongoing

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
Active CPhT certification required.
2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work various schedules in a 7-day operation.
Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and cGMP regulations as they relate to training and compliance.

Mansioni

Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned areas.
Conduct remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
Develop and maintain the training schedule in coordination with site leadership.
Maintain training records and ensure GDP-compliant documentation.
Support audit readiness with up-to-date training records for regulatory and internal reviews.
Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training completion and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to address skill gaps.
Audit tenured associates to ensure ongoing competencies.
Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge and identify training gaps.
Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for consistency across shifts.
Ensure all programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board requirements.
