Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to deliver and coordinate all training operations across non sterile compounding.

This role manages the full training lifecycle—from scheduling and facilitation to documentation and compliance—while maintaining an active floor presence to support teams. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify gaps, update training materials, and ensure GDP and USP/cGMP standards are

Qualifications

• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
• Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and ensure documentation aligns with GDP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule for new hires, cross-training, and annual training programs in coordination with site leadership.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuously.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to equip subject matter experts and supervisors to deliver consistent training across non sterile compounding shifts.
• Ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board of pharmacy requirements.
