Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Non Sterile Compounding. This role covers the full training lifecycle from scheduling to documentation and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

You will maintain training records, support audits, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and HR to ensure programs meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active CPhT certification required.
• 2+ years in compounding operations within a 503a/503b or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and GDP.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital tools.
• Flexibility to work various schedules for a 7-day operation.
• Knowledge of USP 797, 795 & 800 and cGMP in training/compliance.

• Work with SMEs to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
• Create and update training materials to stay current and compliant.
• Communicate daily with Operations, HR, Recruiting and others on priorities.
• Engage associates to reinforce safety culture.
• Support workflows by contributing to process tasks after training duties.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for consistent delivery.

About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Non Sterile Compounding. This role is responsible for the full training lifecycle from scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and ensure continuous competency across all compounding areas. The Learning Lead, Compounding reports to the Learning Operations Manager or Learning Area Manager depending on shift, and plays a critical role in maintaining a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous learning in a highly regulated environment.

You Will:

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions as needed to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule for new hires, cross-training, and annual training programs in coordination with site leadership.
• Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and ensure documentation aligns with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date, accessible training records for regulatory and internal reviews.
• Utilize LMS platforms to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs meet business and compliance needs.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuously.
• Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge, identify training gaps, and support operational teams.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Create and update training materials ensuring content is current and compliant.
• Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams to stay aligned on training priorities.
• Engage associates to build and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to equip subject matter experts and supervisors to deliver consistent training across non sterile compounding shifts.
• Ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board of pharmacy requirements.

You Have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant digital tools.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as needed for a 7-day operation.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and cGMP regulations as they relate to training and compliance.
