Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking a Training Manager for Padua National to lead onboarding trainings, coordinate with mission sites, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration. The role advances training delivery, materials review, and stakeholder engagement to ensure staff thrive and programs reduce poverty.

The position requires a bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years in training/coaching, strong facilitation, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or staff development, preferably within social services or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, client engagement strategies, and social work best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles is highly desirable.
• Proficient in maintaining training records and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to support staff in high-stress or crisis situations.
• Frequent travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Site Onboarding Trainings with leadership & frontline staff, including coordination, scheduling, preparation, session-specific deck finalization, and deliverance.
• Review training materials and identify opportunities for improvement or experience enhancements.
• Represent Padua National on-site for training needs.
• Solicit feedback from Mission Sites and stakeholders to improve delivery of Padua services.
• Collaborate with Curriculum and Systems Manager to integrate feedback into Padua curriculum and systems.
• Support National Director in peer learning with organizations implementing evidence-based programs.
