Catholic Charities Fort Worth seeks a Training Manager to lead onboarding trainings for Padua National, fostering a culture of continuous learning across mission sites. You will organize sessions with leadership and frontline staff, ensure alignment with Padua standards, and help teams gain knowledge and confidence to serve communities.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, staff development, and collaboration with Curriculum and Systems teams to embed feedback into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and strongly considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead trainings for Padua National and partner sites, coordinating and delivering sessions.
• Review and improve training materials; identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Support curriculum development and staff in applying trauma-informed care.
