Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, Education, or Organizational Leadership/Management is required.
• Master’s degree preferred; experience in curriculum development is a plus.
• 2+ years delivering instructor-led training with multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs by reviewing evaluation data and performance trends.
• Develop and facilitate training curricula and skill practice exercises.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions and monitor outcomes for effectiveness.
• Co-facilitate programs and coach participants to improve skills.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, engaging training materials.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training events within the organization.
