Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Learning and Development professional to identify training needs, design instructor-led and online trainings, and ensure high-quality delivery.

This role develops materials, coordinates training calendars, and evaluates program impact while collaborating with internal instructors and the Director of Professional Development to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or related environment.
• Experience with a learning management system preferred.
• Experience teaching or public speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise instructor-led and online trainings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course content.
• Create and edit manuals, materials, and infographics for trainings.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and LMS courses.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual training calendars and evaluate program efficacy.
• Lead or co-lead internal instructor cohorts and update PD practices.
