Job summary

TaskUs in Detroit, MI is seeking a Learning Experience Leader for our Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Response. The role focuses on creating and expanding training programs aligned with product-specific training methods to develop Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists.

You will design curriculum, deliver end-user and partner training, and continuously improve learning opportunities. A flexible schedule and occasional travel are required, with emphasis on leadership and engaging learning delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Four-year college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training with curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs across the organization.
• Revise programs to adapt to changing work environments.
• Act as content expert and maintain training documents/materials.
• Develop and create induction programs.
• Monitor trainee progress and consult with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning options.
• Research and present new learning technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
• Support learning and development of Tier 2 / Fleet Response Specialists.
