Job summary

PRO EM is seeking a Training Manager for the Event Resources team in Phoenix. The role leads training, onboarding, and compliance programs, ensuring new hires are added to the correct learning paths and training is completed on schedule.

The manager partners with operations and administration leaders to coordinate onboarding and training delivery for major events. The position emphasizes developing engaging courses, tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement in learning initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in training, coordination, or admin roles.
• Certification or education in training/presentation skills preferred.
• Ability to engage groups for extended periods.
• Strong organization and scheduling capabilities.
• Familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training, onboarding, and new employee orientations with managers.
• Onboard and train new employees to perform effectively.
• Act as liaison to resolve scheduling/training issues.
• Develop engaging courses and training materials.
• Evaluate training content for currency and effectiveness.
• Track attendance, completion rates, and performance assessments.
