Zusammenfassung

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand comprehensive training programs across the organization. You will develop end-user and partner training, align curricula with product initiatives, and deliver technical preparatory sessions to meet enterprise needs.

You will lead, motivate, and assess learners, continuously improve programs, and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct. This role supports the Event Response Team (Tier 1) learning initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Up to 80% travel required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with the ability to engage an audience.
• Solid interpersonal, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product training methodologies.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training to meet enterprise needs.
• Lead projects and motivate trainees to achieve learning objectives.
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization.
• Update and adapt programs as the work environment changes.
• Maintain training materials and act as content expert for training conducted.
• Develop effective induction programs for new hires and partners.
• Monitor trainee progress and coordinate with managers on outcomes.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning options.
• Research new technologies and learning methodologies to keep programs current.
• Ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Support learning and development for TaskUs Event Response Team (Tier 1).
