Job summary

TaskUs in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs aligned with product training initiatives. You will coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs, leading a team of up to 8 leaders and collaborating with site managers to ensure world-class training for teammates and future leaders.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding, and KPI-driven development, ensuring high-quality training materials and effective coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree preferred.
• Five years of training experience.
• Two years of management experience, preferably in training/learning development.
• Two years of BPO experience and two years of technical support and/or emergency coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for assigned sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters and spreadsheets for assigned sites and GEOs.
• Create seats and updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges.
• Interview for new learning experience staff; assess skills and culture.
• Onboard learning experience staff and align with TaskUs culture and expectations.
• Set job expectations including policies for training staff.
• Grade staff on training skill sets and KPI achievements.
• Develop staff education and certifications in continued education.
• Observe staff during training to ensure excellence and provide feedback.
