Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to build scalable, AI-enabled training for Customer Success Managers. You will develop hands-on programs, practical resources, and trainer networks to improve real-world performance across frontline teams.

You will partner with product, enablement, and field teams to deliver timely content, iterate from feedback, and drive measurable improvements in learning outcomes within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design interactive training to help CSMs do their real jobs better, with AI integrated.
• Create on-demand and train-the-trainer options to scale training beyond small teams.
• Develop practical resources—job aids and guides—to keep learners engaged over time.
• Define delivery approaches with readiness teams and partners; host trainings as needed.
• Plan content for role-based training, partnering with product and project leads for new capabilities.
• Maintain standards for training content—quality, consistency, and currency as tools evolve.
• Plan and present at events of varying sizes; build practitioner networks and gather feedback.
