Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing learning experiences at scale.
• Ability to connect with end users and design for real needs.
• Strong foundation in learning experience or instructional design.
• Comfort facilitating sessions, live or virtual.
• Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design interactive training with hands-on practice and AI integration.
• Build scalable on‑demand and train‑the‑trainer options.
• Create job aids and guides to sustain engagement over time.
• Define delivery methods with regional readiness and enablement partners.
• Plan content and partner with product leads to roll out new features.
• Set standards for quality and keep content current as tools evolve.
• Present at events of varying sizes and build practitioner networks.
• Use field feedback to continually refine and improve training materials.
