Job summary

You will own multi-modal training materials, from guides and presentations to video-based training, ensuring accuracy and impact across channels. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in roles with deep product knowledge or in curriculum development/training.
• Proven ability to lead content development projects and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-modal learning content projects from scoping to delivery.
• Develop and maintain deep subject matter expertise on Salesforce products.
• Translate complex product concepts into accessible learning content for customers.
• Collaborate with content strategists, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders for technical accuracy.
• Maintain content with product releases and uphold quality standards.
