Job summary

Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and maintain engaging learning content across on-demand, live, and blended formats. You will translate operational standards into clear objectives and collaborate with SMEs to ensure real-world applicability.

Responsibilities include storyboarding, scripting, assessments, and multimedia asset development, while upholding brand and design standards and supporting content lifecycle management with the LMS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality learning content for on-demand modules and ILT.
• Translate standards and needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, assessments, and assets.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to align content with goals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and applicability.
• Ensure content adheres to brand standards and design guidelines.
• Maintain version control and lifecycle management with LMS governance.
