Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-quality learning content for franchisee and HQ programs. You will translate operational standards into engaging, instructionally sound experiences delivered via on-demand, virtual, and live formats.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate training, proficiency with Storyline/Rise/Camtasia, and strong collaboration with SMEs and field teams to ensure accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training.
• Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia).
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build learning content for on-demand modules, ILT, blended programs, and microlearning.
• Translate standards and business needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Interview stakeholders to understand goals and learner needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and applicability.
• Align content with SERVPRO’s brand and learning strategy.
• Maintain version control and lifecycle management with LMS governance.
• Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure progress.
• Work with Learning Experience to optimize LMS structure and tagging.
• Contribute to ongoing instructional design trends and best practices.
