Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead end-to-end program Management & Delivery and drive employee growth through engaging learning experiences.

You will design and deliver content using Articulate Rise and Canva, manage LMS administration (Workday LMS), and collaborate with HR and global partners to ensure programs meet business needs and reflect Skechers culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Communications with emphasis on written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva and Workday LMS preferred.
• Degree in HR or Communications or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end learning programs from development to delivery and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person formats.
• Coordinate calendars, logistics, and materials for smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and global stakeholders to keep programs current and aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain learning materials (facilitator guides, presentations, e-learning) using tools like Articulate Rise and Canva.
• Support LMS administration and ensure content organization and accessibility.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness via metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
