Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Hermosa Beach, CA seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and scale training across retail, warehouses and HQ. You will diagnose capability gaps, build engaging curricula, and measure impact to improve performance.

Responsibilities include onboarding and leadership development, producing e-learnings, Canva assets, and basic HTML/CSS with LMS tools. You’ll partner with HR and leaders to drive scalable learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development with both instructor-led and digital training.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Articulate, Canva, LMS platforms, and HTML/CSS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance and knowledge gaps to shape development investments.
• Design programs for audiences from contributors to senior leaders.
• Develop e-learnings and Canva assets; troubleshoot web modules; LMS admin is a plus.
• Manage onboarding, leadership, and skills development initiatives.
• Establish evaluation methods for content, delivery, and outcomes.
• Deliver training sessions when needed and adjust to keep engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to scale programs across the org.
