Job summary

Skechers is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver curricula for frontline retail teams, warehouses, and HQ. You will partner with the Learning Team to close capability gaps, create scalable e-learning, and measure impact on performance across the organization.

The role requires hands-on instructional design, proficiency with Articulate and LMS platforms, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development with hands-on design and delivery of instructor-led and digital training.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries with frontline and corporate training context.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Canva, LMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning needs and identify performance gaps across the organization to drive development investments.
• Design curricula and programs for audiences from individual contributors to senior leaders across instructor-led, digital, and blended formats.
• Create learning assets and e-learnings; troubleshoot modules and manage LMS tasks as needed (HTML/CSS a plus).
• Lead onboarding, leadership development, and skills programs with ongoing coordination and iteration.
• Establish evaluation methods to measure impact, engagement, and ROI of training initiatives.
