The role emphasizes crafting intentional, brand-aligned learning experiences with measurable ROI, leveraging Articulate, Canva, and LMS tools to scale impact across retail and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development, with hands-on design and delivery experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Articulate and Canva; working knowledge of LMS platforms and HTML/CSS.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certifications in Instructional Design or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose before you build. Conduct assessments to identify gaps and shape development investments.
• Design curriculum for audiences from contributors to leaders across instructor-led and digital formats.
• Own the tools. Create e-learnings and Canva assets; troubleshoot web-based modules; LMS admin a plus.
• Run ongoing onboarding, leadership, and skills programs with iterative updates and ROI focus.
• Measure impact with evaluation methods and performance metrics across content, delivery, and outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions when needed and influence across the org without formal authority.
