Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Manhattan Beach, CA. You will own and manage end-to-end learning programs, delivering both virtual and in-person sessions to diverse audiences, and advance the company's talent development initiatives.

You bring 3+ years in HR, L&D or communications, strong writing and verbal skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Canva, and Workday LMS. The role is full-time, on-site with a salary range of $75,000–$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Communication with an emphasis on written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Workday LMS preferred.
• Degree in HR or Communication-focused degree or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Facilitate dynamic learning experiences across virtual and in-person environments.
• Develop learning materials using Articulate Rise, Canva, and other tools.
• Support LMS administration and ensure content is organized and accessible.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to align learning solutions with goals.
