Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support a culture of continuous learning across Skechers’ global teams. The role drives program management, content design, and facilitation across virtual and in-person formats to enhance employee growth and organizational performance.

The candidate will collaborate with HR and business partners, maintain consistent learning experiences, and support LMS administration while upholding global Skechers standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Communication with emphasis on written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Workday LMS preferred.
• Degree in HR or a communications-focused field or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end execution of learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person settings.
• Coordinate training calendars, logistics, and program materials for smooth delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep programs current and aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the L&D portfolio.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality learning experiences and materials.
