Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for learning initiatives to own end-to-end execution from planning to evaluation. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences across virtual and in-person settings, coordinating calendars, logistics, and materials.

Collaborate with HR and business partners globally to ensure content aligns with org goals and career paths. Strong communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Communication with an emphasis on written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Canva and Workday LMS preferred
• Degree in HR or Communication-focused degree or relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Facilitate dynamic learning experiences for virtual and in-person environments.
• Coordinate calendars, logistics, and program materials for smooth delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure programs stay current and aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within assigned programs and across the L&D portfolio.
• Balance multiple learning projects and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality experiences.
