Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end learning program execution from planning to evaluation.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person settings.
• Coordinate calendars, logistics, and materials for learning events.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with needs.
• Maintain content and ensure global consistency across programs.
• Support LMS administration and content organization.
• Collaborate with global L&D and HR partners.
• Support organizational development initiatives as needed.
