Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and leaders to identify learning needs and align objectives with goals.
• Design and manage course plans, timelines, and schedules for programs.
• Coordinate training sessions with instructors, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Create and maintain learning assets across classroom, digital, video, audio formats.
• Maintain course documentation and learning program assets for ongoing success.
• Administer and update LMS and learning technologies for accurate reporting.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and data to improve programs.
• Market and promote learning opportunities to drive participation and development.
• Ensure programs meet design standards and adult learning best practices.
