Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP's Talent Optimization team is seeking a Learning Programs Specialist to craft impactful learning experiences that drive employee growth and business success. You will collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, instructors, and learning professionals to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that foster growth across the organization.

This role leverages instructional design, project management, and learning technologies to shape the employee learning journey

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and coordinating learning programs, training initiatives, or instructional content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience applying structured learning development frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using learning management systems and learning technologies.
• Ability to analyze learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify learning needs and align training solutions with goals.
• Design and manage course project plans, timelines, and schedules for delivery.
• Coordinate with instructors and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional learner experience.
• Create and maintain engaging learning assets across formats (classroom, digital, video, audio).
• Maintain course documentation and content repositories for ongoing success.
• Administer and update learning management systems and technologies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Communicate and promote learning opportunities to drive participation.
• Ensure programs meet design standards and best practices in instructional design.
