Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Learning Programs Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that drive employee growth and business success. You will work with business leaders, SMEs, and instructors to create impactful programs leveraging instructional design, project management, and learning technology.

You will manage course plans, coordinate sessions, and ensure assets meet design standards while measuring learning outcomes to inform improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, L&D, or related field
• Experience designing, developing, coordinating learning programs or instructional content
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience applying ADDIE or similar instructional design models
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience using learning management systems and learning technologies
• Ability to analyze learning outcomes and make improvement recommendations
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and leaders

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and leaders to identify learning needs and align training with goals
• Design and manage course project plans, timelines, and schedules for delivery
• Coordinate scheduled training sessions with instructors and stakeholders
• Create and maintain engaging learning assets across formats (classroom, digital, video, audio)
• Maintain course documentation, content repositories, and assets
• Administer and update LMS and learning technologies for seamless learner experience
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and metrics to drive improvement
• Market and promote learning opportunities to drive participation
• Ensure programs meet design standards and best practices in adult learning
