Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Learning Experience Designer in Dallas, TX for a 6-month W2 contract. The role blends instructional design, technology, and analytics to create scalable learning journeys that improve performance.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote) and a pay rate of $50/hour. You'll collaborate with SMEs, develop varied training methods, and measure effectiveness to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience designing and developing learning content with eLearning tools.
• Experience with learning development tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the end-to-end development of complex training initiatives and evaluations.
• Develops training using classroom-led, virtual, video, LMS modules, and blended methods.
• Creates, updates, and curates engaging training content for diverse learners.
• Uses data to measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Innovates learning with new tech to accelerate knowledge transfer.
• Designs workshops, role-plays, and simulations for practical application.
• Partners with SMEs to align solutions with business needs and objectives.
