Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Learning Development Analyst who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and supporting employee development. The role focuses on analyzing needs, designing and delivering instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, develop materials to meet standards, and evaluate training effectiveness while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
• Previous directly related experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly evaluate information, respond to questions, and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training solutions that align with business objectives and identified training requirements.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials that meet established instructional design and development standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, project activities, and training development milestones to support successful program delivery.
• Utilize instructional technologies and learning development tools, including eLearning platforms, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to learning programs and materials.
• Apply independent judgment and problem-solving skills to develop solutions, address challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
