Job summary

S&C Electric Company is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging training programs. You will lead end-to-end learning projects, analyze needs, and build curricula that advance employee development across the Chicago campus.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, experience with Articulate 360 and LMS, and the ability to deliver both in-person and virtual sessions in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of end-to-end learning development and evaluation experience.
• Experience as a corporate trainer and on-site at a campus.
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end training projects with ADDIE/SAM models.
• Analyze training needs and design assessments and surveys.
• Create engaging learning content and paths across media.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions; support train-the-trainer.
• Coordinate marketing/communication plans for training initiatives.
• Maintain learning systems, curricula, records, and assets.
• Mentor L&D teammates and manage external vendors as needed.
• Stay current with L&D trends and tools to improve outcomes.
