TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, develop, and expand training programs that align with product initiatives. You will create and deliver end-user and partner training, including exams, and monitor trainee progress.

You will lead technical preparatory sessions, revise programs for changing needs, and maintain training materials. A flexible, engaging approach is required to foster a high-performing learning culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training programs aligned with product training initiatives.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training materials.
• Deliver technical preparatory training based on enterprise needs.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to managers.
• Ensure training documents are current and compliant with standards.
