Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst/Lead to design, manage, and deliver learning initiatives across instructor-led, hands-on, and digital formats. You will curate content, leverage learning tech, and align programs with enterprise goals.

The role requires a track record of building learner journeys, measuring ROI, and guiding teams and vendors to ensure high-quality experiences. A strong education background supports the mission.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
  • Experience presenting to a broad range of levels – from early career talent to executive leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams and MS Forms

Responsibilities

  • Ensure training content meets the needs of learners.
  • Monitor projects and report on project status, serve as a team lead for activities and deliverables as assigned.
  • Work with key stakeholders such as leaders, learning and development peers, subject matter experts and human resources to plan and deploy learning programs and experiences.
  • Identify current and future learning needs through stakeholder consultation, workforce analysis, benchmarking, and industry research.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and curate learning experiences across multiple formats and platforms, including instructor-led training, hands‑on learning, digital content, and learning management systems (e.g., D Learn)
  • Leverage AI and instructional technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem, including workflow automation, learner feedback analysis, skill-gap identification, content summarization, personalization, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to align learning solutions with workforce priorities, evaluate build/buy strategies, manage vendor relationships, support RFP processes, and ensure service quality.
  • Develop and execute internal communications and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs while maintaining alignment with enterprise branding and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-visibility learning events, coordinating vendors, speakers, production partners, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and event operations.
  • Provide consultative recommendations on learning strategies, connect learning resources across platforms and providers, and create cohesive learner journeys that support organizational capability development.
  • Monitor learner engagement, operational performance, and ROI metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of learning programs and services.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events
  • Experience working with and presenting to a broad range of levels – from early career talent to executive leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams and MS Forms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with rapid Instructional Systems Design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia or Articulate
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in technology with experience in internal client services capacity preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum approaches to product development and delivery
Education

BA/BS in Education or relevant field preferred

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $90.00/hr - USD $102.00/hr. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
