You will own end-to-end solutions from needs analysis through launch and results measurement, partnering with business leaders and SMEs to ensure learner success and tangible business impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal trainers, data-driven evaluation, and ongoing optimization of learning programs

Qualifications

• Three years experience in instructional design or educational content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions (classroom, virtual and online).
• Proficiency with visual design, storyboarding, course-building and editing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curriculum, materials and job aids for instructor-led, video, or virtual platforms.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend design modifications to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with master trainers and internal teams to evaluate learning solutions and optimize outcomes.
• Measure business impact of learning solutions using LMS data and feedback.
