Job summary

Unboxed Training & Technology seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create engaging training for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital formats. You will translate client needs into clear, high-quality learning materials and collaborate with senior staff, SMEs, and clients to meet objectives.

You will apply adult-learning principles, templates, and AI-assisted processes to ensure consistency and impact while supporting program evaluation and platform familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, organizational development, or related field.
• Two or more years of instructional design, corporate learning, or content development experience.
• Experience designing materials for instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning solutions using adult-learning principles.
• Translate objectives into clear, visually effective materials.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to stay aligned with scope and objectives.
• Support learning evaluation with assessments and surveys.
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and internal teams throughout projects.
