Job summary

Farmers is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to analyze, design, develop, and measure learning solutions across audiences. You will own end-to-end solutions from needs analysis to evaluation, collaborating with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to drive learner success and business impact.

The role covers instructor-led sessions, e-learning, video, web experiences, job aids and content delivered through Farmers platforms.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in instructional design or educational content development.
• Experience in designing scalable learning solutions (classroom, virtual and/or online).
• Experience with visual design, storyboarding, course-building and editing.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with coinciding deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula, materials and job aids for instructor-led or virtual formats.
• Recommend tools and modify solution designs to meet objectives.
• Apply adult learning principles and technologies for outcomes.
• Support master trainers with measurement and evaluation of learning solutions.
• Establish tracking to measure business results from learning initiatives.
• Consult with business leaders and SMEs to align solutions with objectives.
