You will partner with leaders and L&D to drive business results and enable continuous learning across a large, distributed organization.

The role focuses on learner-centered design, multi-modal delivery, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance and adoption among branch teams and home-office staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and virtual-learning capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Analytical mindset with systems thinking and performance consulting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions with business impact.
