Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in education with demonstrated instructional design, curriculum development, faculty support, or teaching initiatives.
• College teaching experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty across divisions to translate learning science into practical strategies.
• Design and facilitate faculty development initiatives and resources.
• Lead course design consultations and provide individualized support to faculty.
• Support instructional planning through scaffolding, differentiation, and pacing.
• Embed Universal Design for Learning (UDL) into course design to promote accessibility.
• Research and recommend instructional technologies to improve outcomes.
• Advise on effective use of cloud-based tools and video platforms for engagement.
