Job summary

Grow Early Learning is a Head Start organization seeking a Learning Specialist to design, deliver, administer, and evaluate learning solutions addressing organizational development needs. This in-office role requires travel and strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

The position uses adult learning principles and data-informed evaluation to strengthen employee performance, with knowledge of LMS, LXP, and emerging learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field, plus three years of relevant experience designing and delivering learning solutions.
• Accepted: Associate degree in education, instructional design, business administration, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience in instructional design, facilitation, learning systems, professional development, or learning project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning resources across instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia, and emerging technology-enabled formats.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
• Administer and maintain learning systems, including user support and reporting.
