Job summary

Innovative Hematology, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to support education programs across education platforms. You will manage LMS modules, build e-learning content, and work with program managers to align learning objectives with organizational standards.

The role requires hands‑on experience with HealthStream, iSpring, SharePoint, and Teams, plus a commitment to accessibility and learner engagement. This is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, IN, with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, healthcare administration, information systems, communications, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience supporting learning systems, education technology, training coordination, instructional design, or related work, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience with HealthStream, iSpring, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, LMSs, e-learning development, education reporting, or competency tracking preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required.
• All IHI employees must enable multi-factor authentication to access IHI systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of education programs and competencies.
• Create and publish LMS modules, quizzes, attestations, and evaluations.
• Develop e-learning content using iSpring and PowerPoint-based SME content.
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Track completion, generate reports, and maintain education records.
• Assist with Teams Education events and basic technology troubleshooting.
