Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp in Raleigh, NC seeks a Learning Specialist to design, deliver, administer, and evaluate learning solutions addressing organizational development needs.

The role applies adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, and data-informed evaluation to strengthen employee learning and performance. This is an in-office role with travel 2–3 days at a time in rural areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, learner-centered design, facilitation, and training evaluation practices.
• Ability to translate competency needs into measurable learning objectives and practical learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, consultation, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret learning data and evaluate learning content, including AI-assisted content, to improve instructional quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and improve learning solutions using adult learning and learner-centered instructional design principles.
• Develop resources across instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia, and emerging formats.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
• Coach internal facilitators to strengthen facilitation skills and train-the-trainer efforts.
• Administer and maintain learning systems with user support, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze learning data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate learning and development projects from planning through launch.
• Support program administration, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and documentation.
• Apply emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.
