Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies. You will coordinate all training initiatives, ensuring successful onboarding for new hires and ongoing staff development.

You will manage a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders and work with site managers daily to ensure world-class training for teammates and future leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple training initiatives.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• KPI and performance evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training Schedule for assigned sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters and training records daily for sites/GEOs.
• Create job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges for new staff.
• Interview candidates for learning roles and assess fit.
• Onboard learning staff and explain TaskUs culture and expectations.
• Set policies, procedures, and training standards for staff.
• Grade staff on training skills and KPI achievement.
• Develop staff with education and certifications in training.
• Observe classes and provide coaching to maintain excellence.
• Provide quarterly KPIs and performance feedback to staff.
