Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Learning Experience Manager in New Braunfels, TX to design and oversee comprehensive training programs. You will manage a team, align training with client needs, and ensure onboarding and ongoing development for teammates and leaders across sites.

The role requires 5+ years in training, 2+ years in management, and experience in BPO environments. Travel up to 25% and close collaboration with Recruiting and Operations are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred in related field.
• Five years of training experience.
• Two years of management experience.
• Two years of BPO experience preferred.
• Travel willingness up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters and spreadsheets daily.
• Create job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges for new staff.
• Interviews for learning experience staff with culture fit.
• Onboard staff and communicate TaskUs culture.
• Set job expectations and policies for training staff.
• Coach and provide feedback; develop KPIs.
• Develop training courses and materials.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations to ensure pipeline to production.
• Ensure safety and health training compliance.
