• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Experience in training or learning development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies.
• Coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs for the site and GEOs.
• Manage a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders and collaborate with site managers.
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations to optimize talent pipelines and performance.
