Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, learning operations, onboarding, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Marathon Health University as a connected learning ecosystem across onboarding, programs, technology, resources, and communications.
• Oversee learning portfolio and teammate experience to ensure relevance, coordination, and scalability.
• Establish learning standards, governance, rhythms, and an integrated enterprise learning calendar.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Lead enterprise learning programs, onboarding, and measurement from planning to adoption.
• Oversee readiness and coordination across facilitators, SMEs, tech partners, vendors, and contributors.
• Drive change initiatives using modern learning approaches including AI and automation.
• Define success measures and share insights to inform learning priorities and improvements.
