8+ years of progressive L&D experience across multiple domains.

Experience leveraging learning analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with growth plans.
Lead modernization of learning through AI-enabled tools and digital platforms.
