• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise learning programs and calendar governance.
• Experience with Seismic Learning or similar LMS platforms and multi-source content management.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, governance, and operational management of Seismic Learning and related learning technologies.
• Manage platform structure, navigation, permissions, groups, learning paths, and certifications.
• Develop global training calendars and coordinate events and localization efforts.
• Provide learners with analytics, readiness data, and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders to optimize adoption.
