Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to transform enterprise learning across the company on a fully remote, full-time basis. You will lead LMS strategy, instructional design, onboarding, and market training, partnering with Operations, Clinical Leadership, IT, and joint ventures to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in L&D, 5+ years leading large, dispersed teams, experience with analytics, budgets, and AI-enabled learning tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent/Organizational Development or workforce enablement.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with enterprise-wide learning strategies and transformations.
• Experience managing learning budgets, vendor relationships and technology investments.
• Experience leveraging learning analytics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning strategy aligned with growth and patient experience goals.
• Lead modernization of learning with AI-enabled tools, digital platforms, and scalable onboarding.
• Oversee LMS, instructional design, EMR training, and market-based training delivery.
• Build leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability programs.
